By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any U.S. General Merchant course, coaching program, digital product, training, workshop, or educational service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final All purchases made through U.S. General Merchant are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been completed and access to a course, program, training, digital material, coaching session, or other service has been provided, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will be provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review the course or program description carefully and ensure it is suitable for your needs before completing your purchase.
2. Business Disclaimer & Expectations U.S. General Merchant does not offer or promote a get-rich-quick scheme.
Our courses and coaching programs are educational programs designed to provide participants with practical knowledge, strategies, tools, and guidance that they can apply to their own business and financial goals.
Building a business, establishing business credit, accessing funding, increasing revenue, or achieving financial independence takes time, discipline, consistent effort, proper execution, and patience. We do not promise overnight success, guaranteed income, guaranteed funding, guaranteed business credit, or any specific financial outcome.
3. Earnings & Results Disclaimer Individual results will vary.
Any examples, testimonials, income figures, business results, funding amounts, credit limits, revenue numbers, or success stories shared by U.S. General Merchant are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. They should not be interpreted as a promise, representation, or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results may depend on factors including your experience, effort, consistency, implementation, credit profile, financial circumstances, business model, industry, market conditions, available capital, and other circumstances outside the control of U.S. General Merchant. You acknowledge that entrepreneurship and business activities involve risk, and you are responsible for evaluating those risks before making business or financial decisions.
4. Implementation & Participant Responsibility Our courses are specifically designed for individuals who are prepared to take action and follow through at every stage.
Simply purchasing, watching, or attending a course will not produce results. Participants are expected to:
Complete the course materials and assignments.
Follow the recommended steps.
Implement the strategies provided.
Attend applicable sessions and trainings.
Complete necessary registrations, applications, documentation, and other action items.
Ask questions when clarification is needed.
Remain consistent and accountable throughout the program.
We provide the education, tools, guidance, and roadmap. You are responsible for implementation. Failure to complete the course, follow the recommended steps, or implement the information provided does not qualify you for a refund.
Before purchasing a program, you are responsible for determining whether you have the time, financial resources, commitment, and ability to participate. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your progress depends substantially on your participation and execution. Changing your mind, failing to complete the program, failing to implement the material, experiencing scheduling conflicts, or deciding that the program is no longer suitable for you does not create an entitlement to a refund.
5. No Guarantee of Third-Party Approval U.S. General Merchant makes no guarantees regarding income, revenue, profits, business success, funding approvals, grants, loans, business credit limits, or any other financial or business outcome.
Participation in a course or coaching program does not guarantee approval from banks, lenders, grant organizations, credit issuers, government agencies, or other third parties. All third-party decisions remain subject to their individual requirements, policies, underwriting criteria, and discretion.
6. Educational Purposes Only All information provided through U.S. General Merchant courses, coaching, workshops, websites, social media, downloadable resources, and other materials is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided should be considered legal, tax, accounting, investment, credit repair, lending, or financial advice. Participants should consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professionals regarding decisions specific to their circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property & Course Access All videos, worksheets, templates, presentations, recordings, guides, frameworks, course materials, and other resources provided by U.S. General Merchant are protected intellectual property and are intended for the purchaser’s personal use only.
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, published, shared, recorded, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization. Login credentials and course access may not be shared. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of course access without a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, U.S. General Merchant is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, financing decisions, credit decisions, third-party actions, or other outcomes resulting from decisions made by participants based on information provided through our educational programs.
You remain responsible for your own business, financial, and professional decisions.
